Reliance Jio’s "Super App": A Single Platform For Everything

After becoming successful in mobile network business Jio digital, Reliance Jio is now ready to take one more step in e- commerce market for benefiting users by launching ’Super app’. At the “Make in Odisha Conclave” Mukesh Ambani announced that Jio is going to launch world’s largest online to offline new e-commerce platform and give a mighty challenge to Amazon, Flipkart and Walmart in Indian market. This Super app will provide over 100 services at single platform.

Jio is currently serving 300 million people in India as data and voice services. According to the experts the launching of super app at this moment put the reliance in a pole position to create India’s WeChat app. WeChat is a Chinese app that provide many services and functions to its customers at a single app i.e. ‘super app’.

Reliance jio’s super app will facilitate online payments like paytm or other wallet, online booking, e-commerce and many more service at a single place.

According to official, technically to make it possible the jio includes a conservational Artificial Intelligence (AI) layer, a vernacular voice tech layer, a logistic layer and education layer. All of these layer would be simulated on the top of jio devices network to facilitate the super app services like WeChat app.
